About the operator

The WUK is a 12,000 m2 stage and concert hall, exhibition hall, photo gallery, workshop and studio building, workspace for socio-politically engaged groups, place for education and counseling, senior center and school, rehearsal cellar and dance studio, intercultural center, workplace and party space. The WUK is a place of learning, experimentation and action, of participation and involvement. The WUK creates open spaces, is a laboratory as well as a practice. In terms of square meters and diversity, the WUK is one of the largest socio-cultural centers in Europe. Every year, 200,000 people visit and use the WUK.
