Instructions are provided and can also be downloaded in advance as a PDF (https://18bewegt.at/userfiles/files/GR1.pdf). The bookshop cannot provide any information or help on how to use the bike. Borrowing is only guaranteed after receipt of the booking confirmation from the 18bewegt association.
